Sanchez Thinks He Can Handle Rex Ryan in a Fight
Apparently the New York Jets quarterback was ready to start a huge fight with his coach Rex Ryan last December because Ryan was going to pull him out after a disappointing performance. He was horrible that day; I hit more numbers playing an online bingo game than what Sanchez hit for completed passes that afternoon.
“I wanted to fight him,” Sanchez says in the current issue of GQ magazine where he was on the cover. “I was really mad.” “Rex is super honest. I wish he wasn’t that honest at times, especially to say that.”
According to the article Rex wanted to pull out Sanchez in a practice so that the backup quarterback Mark Brunell can take the repetitions. “I was like, ‘He can come tell me,’” Sanchez tells GQ. “And (Schottenheimer) is like, ‘Come on, man, don’t do that.’”
“It was a tense moment. … To see him fight back and press back with that, it was good to see”, the guard, Brandon Moore said.
Sanchez said he was furious and that he wanted to start a fist parade. “I was really upset about that,” Sanchez said to the reporters. “That’s a pride thing. Those are my reps and I take a lot of pride in playing. I knew I hadn’t been playing well, but regardless, I was going to prove I was The Guy. “(Brunell) told me after that, ‘That’s pretty cool. I never saw anybody do that. Pretty cool.’”
The Jets ended up winning the next week and playing at the AFC Championship game in January, which tells all this nonsense, worked the perfection.
In the end nothing happened but it was really shocking … I mean to find out Mark Sanchez thinks he’s a badass… I would pay to see him get his butt whipped.
Super Bowl singing…not so great
Well, did anyone feel like I did during the National Anthem? At first, I was like ‘that sounded wrong.’ But then I saw players nodding and swaying, you just kind of let it go.

Then I saw an article on yahoo sports. She did it. She committed the mistake only few have made. Christina Aguilera left out some words. Don’t believe me?
Then there was the Black Eyed Peas. Fun to watch, if you had it on mute. This is a true showing of how new-age technology can change a person’s voice. Some of these stars can’t even sing. I was one of the many people tired of seeing washed up bands and performers from the 70s during the once great Super Bowl halftime show (thanks JT and Janet Jackson).
Anyways, can we get Taylor Swift or the cast of Glee who can actually sing? By the way Christina Aguilera defended herself . Too bad she messed up. I feel bad for her. We all know the girl can sing!
Super Bowl favorites
You know, many people picked the Colts to win the Super Bowl this year. I had the Colts over the Cowboys, yuck! BetUs.com has some interesting information about how some of the teams’ odds have fluctuated throughout the year.

During the preseason, every handicapper in America anointed the Indianapolis Colts in their 2011 Superbowl Predictions. It was hard to argue against that, but injuries have killed Manning’s team and the Colts have fallen from 7-to-2 favorites to the middle of the pack. Other early season favorites like the Chargers (8-to-1), Vikings (12-to-1) and Cowboys (12-to-1) have virtually fallen out of the race. The amount of upsets during the 2010 NFL has blown everyone’s Superbowl predictions to smithereens so now is as good a time as any to reevaluate how you feel about who the next Superbowl champion will be.
The Super Bowl predictions for 2010 have changed quite a bit. Personally, if I had to pick a game right now I’d take the Falcons against the Patriots. Both of these squads are playing their top game at the right time. I mean the Pats murdered the Bears in the toughest of conditions in Chicago. The Falcons just keep rolling and most likely will win the NFC South over the Saints (New Orleans will be a wild card for sure). Stay tuned for another exciting NFL finish!
Drew Stanton…aka “The Dougie”
It’s true. If you haven’t heard yet it’s so true. Third-string quarterback Drew Stanton scored a tiny three-yard touchdown run and then proceeded to do “The Dougie.” Please watch.
How awful is that. It just doesn’t look right. Drew, I prefer the ole spike it on the ground, maybe some fist pumps, even the Lambeau leep. Leave the dougie alone. Now I’ve practiced this dance many times so that when I score a TD, I’ll bust a move. Personally, I think John Wall does a better dougie.
Betting on the Eagles?
Who you got in the game tonight? I like the Eagles at home…but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Some would though. There are some better sources to check out if you really want some insight on NFL Betting. Most other sources will provide some good insights on different splits and inputs on the upcoming games. The spread is eight points so if you’re a “betting man” it might be time to take a chance on the Texans (Matt Schaub is my fantasy football QB so GO HOUSTON).

Anyways, with the NFL playoffs coming around the corner this site should be pretty helpful for you football fans.
